Room for Rent Ladies Only - 1st Class Ladies Dormitory

KNYSNA Residence is a First Class Ladies Dormitory, which is located near the university belt of Manila. All units are furnished with bed frames and mattresses. The room has its own toilet and bathroom and an ample closet space for each occupants. There are two types of rooms available;  the rooms with airconditioning are Php 7800/person and those with electric fans cost Php 5000/person. Rates are inclusive of water and electricity. Each unit can accommodate four persons. Rooms can also be rented daily at Php 1200 per day good for two persons.

 Amenities offered: each room have high speed internet connection and ample electrical outlets, automatic fire alarm for the entire building, sprinkler system, Emergency Lights, and Fire exits on every floor,  and for the security  of our boarders, 24 hours manned security and backed up by CCTV Camera to assure that your daughters are really secured and safe at our property.
