If you are a serious buyer, we can arrange for a tripping on a weekend.

120mm2 is not enough for me. I need at least bet. 250~350mm2 lot area. But your offer is good and negotiable. I'ts good sana if two adjacent lots for 240 or 250mm2 then I will be much interested.
