Basic Documentary Requirements
   * (3pcs)  2x2 Pictures
   * Original Proof of Billing ( Meralco, Maynilad, Broadband, Phone billing etc)
   * 2 valid ID's (like Passport, Voters Id, SSS ID, Driver's Licence
   * must have a landline phone or Personal/Owned Cellphone.

OFW
  * Contract of employment/ Job Offer & Medical Exam
  * Certificate/ POEA info sheet
  * Passport and Visa
  * e-Receipt
  * Plane ticket/ Flight details

SEAMAN
 * latest contract of deployment
 * Seafarer Registration Certificate/ Passport/ Seamans book
 * Certificate of Allotment
 * Contact Person or contact number of Agency
 * Proof of residency


Co- Borrower

* spouse of close relative as co-borrower and co-signatory of the checks

Requirements:
  * 2 valid IDs
  * 2pcs ( 2x2 pictures)
  * original residence proof of billing
  * Source of Income


* Collateral: PDC's
