It was in 2007 when I reserved a unit in one of its projects in Rizal. Now 2010 is coming and I haven't moved there yet. Once you transact business with Borland, you will hear all the good things about their project. Of course, you are dealing with sales people. By the time that I was already into it and already signed a contract, I noticed that there are extra requirements eventually imposed that entail extra fees (like move-in fee and others) which you need to be in compliance with. Do I have a choice to say no? No, because I am already in the contract. And the contract says that Borland has the right at anytime to change and impose extra fees. How sad. Right?
So this is the basis. My purpose here is for the public to be warned that not all the ads here in SULIT are true; that public deserve to know the truth about BORLAND; that they should be made aware of what other people, like me, experience in the process of transacting business with Borland. Im not the only one. I just hope that Sulit wont be an instrument for this kind of business that takes advantage people.
And!
