Here’s our Promo Mechanics:

1. The THREE FOR FREE Promo of Chinatrust is from June 1 to August 31, 2009 and is open to salaried individuals who are:

a. Between 23 and 60 years old upon loan maturity;

b. Earning a minimum gross salary of P15,000 per month if working within the Greater Manila Are (GMA) and P 12,000 if working outside GMA but Within Perimeter Service Area (WIPSA);

c. At least one (1) year with current employer or have a total of three (3) years work experience, including present work. For call center employees, at least two (2) years with current employer;

d. Will apply for a loan of at least P50,000 for Metro Manila-based loan applicants and P40,000 for those outside Metro Manila; and

Loan term to be availed is either 24 months or 36 months only

2. Available loan terms and interest rates are the following:

3. Borrowers who will avail of the loan for 24 months can get one (1) FREE monthly amortization to be credited to the borrower’s loan account on the last month of his loan (24^th month). For those who will avail of the loan for 36 months can get two (2) FREE monthly amortization to be credited on the last 2 months of his loan (35^th and 36th month).

4. To be fully entitled to a free monthly amortization:

a. All qualified loan applications must be availed within the promo period;

Loan account must be in good standing at all times (i.e. is never delinquent and has never incurred any late payments) within the duration of his loan; and

b. Loan must reach its full maturity (i.e. for 24 months – loan must be fully paid up to the 23^rd month; for 36 months -  loan must be fully paid up to the 34^th month)

5. In addition, should the borrower avail of his loan within three (3) banking days from the date of loan approval, the processing fee will be waived.

6. Loan applications approved prior to the promo period but availed within the promo period are also qualified for the promotion.

7. This promotion does not apply to applications under the Bank’s Salary-Deduction Program and with any marketing programs of Personal Loans.

8. The following documents are required for processing of the loan:

a. Completely filled-out application form

b. Photocopy of employee ID (wit photo and signature)

c. Photocopy of latest ITR (BIR Form 2316)

d. Latest one (1) month payslip

Note:  Other documents may be required to process the loan.

9. All borrowers qualified for the free monthly amortization will be notified thru SMS or email notification after payment for the 23^rd (for 24 months loan term) or 34^th (for 36 month loan ter) month has been posted.

10. Employees of Chinatrust and its relatives up to 2^nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
