- 1 month advance required.
- PhP6,000 (around US$125) security deposit required.

• 2 (or 3) months stay:
- 2 months advance required.
- PhP10,000 (US$210) security deposit preferred/maybe negotiated.
- PDC for the succeeding months preferred.

• 4 to 5 months stay:
- 2 months advance required.
- PhP15,000 (US$310) security deposit required.
- PDC for the succeeding months preferred.

• 6 months (but less than a year) stay:
- 2 months advance required.
- 2 month security deposit preferred/maybe negotiated.
- PDC for the succeeding months preferred.

• 1 year stay:
- 2 months advance required.
- 2 months security deposit required.
- PDC for the succeeding months preferred.

NOTE: Security deposits shall cover for any damage that may be caused to the leased premises, and/or for any loss of properties found therein at the commencement of the lease term. The same shall cover for unpaid utility bills for the last month of occupancy ONLY. Thus, payment of the utilities for the months (other than the last month of lease term) shall be for the account of and be paid directly by the lessee upon receipt. Excess/Remaining balance refundable should there be any.

Advance payments of 2 months shall apply to the first and last months of the lease term. Accordingly, payment of rental fee shall be due and demandable in the month immediately following the commencement of the lease term.

Lease Contract maybe extended, subject to Minimum Renewal Term (please see Terms/Min. Req’s.). Disclosure of how long you really intend to stay is advised.
