- 2 months advance required.
- PhP15,000 (US$310) security deposit preferred/maybe negotiated.
- PDC for the succeeding months preferred.

• 4 to 5 months stay:
- 2 months advance required.
- PhP20,000 (US$415) security deposit required.
- PDC for the succeeding months preferred.

• 6 months (but less than a year) stay:
- 2 months advance required.
- 2 months security deposit preferred/maybe negotiated.
- PDC for the succeeding months preferred.

• 1 year stay:
- 2 months advance required.
- 2 months security deposit required.
- PDC for the succeeding months preferred

NOTE: Security deposits shall cover for any damage that may be caused to the leased premises, and/or for any loss of properties found therein at the commencement of the lease term. The same shall cover for unpaid utility bills for the last month of occupancy ONLY. Excess/Remaining balance refundable should there be any.
