SALES MANAGER

- Female, between 28-38 years old

-With 5 years solid work experience preferably gained from a reputable company     which handles marketing of golf shares, class A condominiums and townhouses.

-University degree holder with strong background in Business Management or Marketing

-Capacity to plan marketing activities for sales, promotion and product development.

-Ability in implementation of sales strategies and management.

-Good leadership qualities with the ability to manage and organize project

-Deliver timely and relevant results

-Highly-driven, independent, Team player, Personable , and smart

-Excellent people and presentation / negotiations skills

-With good networking base and relationship management skills.

-Very good command in English and Filipino languages.

-Applicants must be willing to travel if necessary.
