For those who are interested in the property and who had been texting me to personally show them the house and lot in Scions Elite 400. I can only show the outside part of the house. Since it is still tenanted at the moment and it would be awkward for the tenant to let interested buyers in and out in their rooms and personal dwelling. And also one more important information. This tenant of mine is also interested to get the property,but he can't afford it. And when I informed him of selling the house to others, he got angry.. Ironic, isn't it? I have the right to evict him anytime that I want to,but he still owes 5 months of back rentals worth P20,000 (sayang pud kung dili nako macollect,as we all know dugay ang justice/legal system danhi.Kapoy na muabot ug barangay lupon para ma settle pa) plus water and electricity is under my name. That would be another problem if he denies to pay me his water and cepalco consumption coz the burden will be on me since it is under my name. We have no contract. Only a verbal agreement. So as much as possible, I don't want to have a conflict with him and just settle the matter peacefully. I am also waiting for him to move out since he said that they'll be staying until June this month. Kaya when they are still in the house, I can only show buyers the outside area. I am truly sorry for this matter. But if you'll see the house and still be interested really to buy the property,then I will show you the inside...I will sacrifice their reaction and their debts in exchange of selling the house. When you'll pay 450K, the property is already considered FULLY PAID with original Title na and YOURS NA. For those who texted me, I can show the outside area only for now. But if truly interested to buy, I can show the inside.. Thanks for the interest... God Bless...

I apologize again for the late reply and all.. I've been busy with my daily work and been busy also with the tenant of this house. The tenant wil finally be moving out 15 or 30 days from now. Since he promised to do so. He already found a house to move in and is packing his belongings. We have settled our misunderstandings already and am hoping that he'll pay his debt in due time. The main goal is to move him out of the house, so that I can show the property already to buyers. I am stuck when he's around. So when the house is vacated, I can transact with you anytime.
