Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
Prior experience with Outlook Express / Windows Mail a bonus.

Need candidates who are proficient in WRITTEN English.
Must have completed at least 1 year of college.
Integrity driven and results oriented.

Amenable to work in shifting schedules, holidays and weekends

Shortlisted candidates will be required to work from 1000 - 1900 daily at our office handling in bound emails from various customer support accounts.

Able to use computers - must be familiar.

Prior training will be provided for one week.

Average number of emails handled at steady state will be from 200 - 250 daily.
