5. Click Option 1

6. For URL Leave it Blank or enter your blog's URL (if available). For business tax classification Leave it Blank. And for Tax ID leave it blank also.

7. For phone number, use the format they’re requesting. (For me, I used my cellphone number with this format +63927xxxxxxx)

8. Use Passporte , choose NO. (Passporte is also offers free debit card but requires a $5.00 deposit from any Passporte users for those Philippine applicants)

9. Your comment , just put anything. Accept the agreement and click Submit.

10. After that, click “Account Information” tab, Click the “Click here” portion under “Update your account Information” to update your information and Click “Payoneer: Signup to be paid by Prepaid MasterCard®”. You will be directed to a FriendFinder page hosted by Payoneer, where you can sign up for a card.

11. Finish the final sign up process and you will need to wait for 2 working days + delivery days.

12. They will deliver your own card to your address. (never try to fake your address) and some instructions in it. You will need me no more from this point on. Have fun.
