Here are plenty reasons to invest in Hacienda San Benito (HSB).
A real Farm is a plot of land that has vegetables, fruit trees, and pls. dont forget...animals! While it was the Benedictine monks who designed the hoe, the rake and other farming implements and developed farming in Europe thousands of years ago, let us recall that oxen were used to plow the fields and horses were used to draw carriages and carts. These are activities that no human can accomplish on brute strength alone.
Thus, at Hacienda San Benito, we offer you a real Farm with all these as well as all the modern amenities.
Milrose Realty Developmnent Corporation, the Developer of Hacienda San Benito, goes one step further: it offers you an income-generating property, it offers dividends to lot owners that are to be derived from Farm revenues.
Much of the Hacienda is currently operational and these are the many income possiblities in this project: We house orstriches there and an ostrich lays about 50 eggs per year. A single businessman has commited to buy all our newly hatched chicks at P20,000 per chick. That amounts to Php 1 million/year just for one orstrich. One of the lot owners also looked into the possibility of stabling at Hacienda San Benito some of his ostriches from his private farm for a minimal fee.
FISHES
The Koi Lagoon. The young kois came from Niigata, Japan and remain for now at the Clark Airport in Pampanga. The hacienda will be the first to house a "Koi Hotel" in the Philippines. At maturity, the kois will fetch P100k to P200k each. For not only have they been imported but they were individually and carefully scrutinized such that they may be the best you could find around.
The separate "Tilapia Run" will be filled with 5-toneladas of fingerlings 4 times a year. We will sell our adult tilapias at P70-/kilo currently. Thus, we can obtain much income from this project as well.
ANIMAL RAISING
The goats are from South Africa and much larger than native goats. They were chosen not only because they are very peaceful but also because they are the most prolific among goat breeds. While it takes a full 12 months for native goats to attain commercial size (15 to 18 kilos), the South African goats reach that size in just 4months!
The hacienda also hope to gain revenues from our merino sheep.
Other animals in there are horses, carabaos and fighting cocks. In the future, free-range chickens and turkeys will be introduced once the walls are established to secure the entire 22-hectares.
COFFEE and more...
Already planted are 600 barako coffee trees and 500 cacao trees which will be increased in the future. The pineapple and strawberry plantation are being taken to consideration and of course, fruit trees will be all over the farm. Vegetables are now being propagated the organic way bringing in more revenues for the lot owners. Eventually, we will introduce hydrophonics wherein some plants will be hanging never even touching soil..
HONEY and carabao's milk...
Other sources of revenues for members of the Coop-Farm will be the apiary of European honeybees that produce more than 10 times the amount of honey obtained from local bees, vermiculture of earthworms (the best source of organic fertilizer) and carabao-milk production.
German Architect Ludwig van der Rohe said: "God is in the details." Oftentimes we brush off some details as unimportant, yet upon implementation, may make or break the design. That is the reason why Milrose Realty Dev't gets only the best: Jason Buensalido, the masterplanner of this development was awarded the international Green Architecture Award by GMA at Malacañang Palace last June 2008. He won the Best Masterplanner Award for Nayong Pilipino and the Cultural Center of the Philippines.

YOUR HACIENDA...
Expect swans swimming in the pond and mini-horses no larger than a big dog cantering in the garden; also, a butterfly farm in the midst of an aromatic garden of sweet-smelling flowering plants will be placed. A windmill will be put up and will serve as one of the landmarks of the hacienda.
The Finca Central, a 5-hectare high-end farm in the center of all the residential lots which serves as a Coop-Farm
that will be owned by all the lot owners. Proceeds obtained from the sale of the produce will be given as dividends to all the lot owners proportionate to the size of their lots.
The Coop Farm will be managed by a Farm Estate Manager and hired farmhands. Together they will comprise the Farm Estate Management. Should you desire to leave your hacienda, the Farm Management Estate will be there to water and care for your plants. You may have your horses stabled in the Finca Central or have your prized Texas cocks cared for with the other cocks in the Coop Farm.
