Gramercy construction reaches ground floor June 2009 Updates

After completion of 7 basementsAfter completing a 30-meter deep excavation for 7 basement levels, construction at theGramercy site has reached the ground level in May.Works at Basements 6 to 4 are at 100 percent, while constructioncontinue from Basements 3 to the ground floor, where rebar works, form works and concreting are at 40%, 35% and 30%, respectively. The commencement of ground level works mark the start of construction for Gramercy’supper floors, which will comprise the tower’s commercial, amenity and residential areas. Massive construction works are scheduled in the coming months asCentury Properties complete more than 60 floors, over a thousand units and the three-level breathtaking SkyPark, an oasis of amenities halfway up the tower.
