Standard Chartered EZ Loan Application!

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

* Applicant MUST be a Filipino, at least 21 years but not more than 65 years old 
   upon loan maturity.
* Must have minimum Gross Annual Income of P180,000
* Must have telephone landline at the place of residence and business
* Employed in one of the Top 10,000 corporations in the Philippines

DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS
* Per BSP Cir. 549, all loan applicants, whether employed or self-employed, will
   be required to submit a photocopy of their latest Income Tax Return (ITR) if
   applicable, duly stamped and received by the BIR.
* Original Copy of Certificate of Employment – (optional, if you require a higher
   loan amount)

Clear and reliable photocopy of any ONE (1) of the following valid IDs:

* Philippine Passport or Foreign Passport
* Driver’s License
* Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) ID
* National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance
* Police Clearance
* Postal ID
* Voter’s ID
* Barangay Certification
* Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) e-card
* Social Security System (SSS) card
* Senior Citizen’s card
* Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) ID
* Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) ID
* Seaman’s Book
* Government Office and GOCC ID e.g. Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP ID), Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF ID)
* Certification from the National Council for the Welfare of Disabled Persons (NCWDP)
* Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Certification
* Major Credit Cards
* Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Taxpayer’s ID
* Firearms License
* National ID
* Work Permit
* Diplomat ID
* Philippine Leisure and Retirement Authority (PLRA) ID
* Company IDs issued by private entities or institutions registered with or supervised or regulated either by the BSP, SEC or IC.
