2. Building Permit Processing and Documentations
we will put in order and facilitate all required set of plans and documents needed and required by different government agency concern and submit the building permit processing.
3. Scope of works
We supply the labor, materials specified and required by the owner. We will execute project according to safety values as required by the project specification. We will guarantee to deliver project on time as scheduled with quality workmanship, safe and sound structures, to maintain our company's Quality Assurance and Professional standards.
4. Warranty
- Our project has 15 years warranty for all structural defects, 6months for all defective workmanships and fixtures.
