We're Hiring PHP/Python Web Programmer - Alabang Laguna Cavite Batangas

UPDATE: As of October 22, 2009 we're still looking for qualified potential Web Developers. We prefer fresh graduates. When we check your resume, we want to know how you spent your time in  school. There are signs that we look for. We know geeks when we find one. Also take note that we're a small start up company. We can't promise more than 15k on your first year.

Wiz Media, Inc. is looking for new graduates who can fill the position of Web Programmer Trainee. Qualified applicants can be hired as soon as possible.

We're looking for young graduates from the south. Our office is at Sta Rosa, Laguna near Nuvali and Laguna Techno Park. You must not be more than 1 hour away from our office.  

Required Basic Skils:

1. PHP "or" Python
2. MySQL - must be able to craft complex Queries
3. XHTML - must know how to build tableless web pages
4. CSS - must know how to style the web page
5. UNIX - if you are very good with this system, it tells a lot about your overall potential
6. Exceptionally Fast Learner
7. Highly Analytical and Broad Minded

As a trainee, you'll be trained to build high quality websites using CMS's and RAD(Rapid Application Development) Frameworks.

For Very Rapid Site Development, we'll use Joomla! CMS. You'll learn how to create templates, components, modules and plugins for Joomla.

For Rapid Site Development but with Critical and Customized Functionalities, we'll use the Django Framework using Python.

Our Workstations are Comfortable, Cozy, and Stress Free. You'll be using Mac OS X and you will be allowed to play with the Wii or PS3 on break time.

You'll be trained for a maximum of 3 months before being considered to full employment. Employment will depend on your performance. You can become a full employee if you learn really fast. Trainees will receive a Weekly stipend of P1000.
