Our DVD / vcd services office is located in Prestige tower Ortigas. Our import warehouse is located in Marikina City and decided not to put up a store front to save on overhead cost since this is not our main business. Also it makes business sense to setup an online store front so that we can give our buyers great affordable prices due to lower operating cost.

Product warranty:

• 2 months service warranty.
• 1 week (from order date) unit replacement (Provided there are no physical damage or scratches on the unit).
• Upon accepting the product, as evidenced by payment made to the seller, the buyer hereby warrants that the product is in good working condition.
• The aforesaid warranty covers only factory defects of the device.
• Warranty does not cover water damage, impact damage from dropping, fire damage, damage from magnetism or microwave, or any damage inflicted by the user or any person knowingly or unknowingly, or by acts of nature.
• Evidence that the unit has been subjected to the abovestated will result to voiding the warranty in toto.
• Warranty does not cover the LCD, batteries, micro sd and accessories.
• Warranty is void when the unit is repaired or when the seal is tampered in any way.
• Evidence of damage inflicted intentionally or unintentionally voids all warranties.
• Over charging the device voids all warranties.
• Warranty is limited to one time change unit only, thereafter service for repair and parts needed shall be paid for by the buyer.
• By buying the product I subject myself to the provided warranty statements and limitations.
