Finding a good and profitable place for your food cart business would somehow hard for most of our Franchisees and sometimes become the reason why some new comers in the business tend to delay their interest in getting their food cart franchise. They may be scared that they would not get their commercial spaces by the time their carts are already released. Some would be able to find a space but it is so big or the rent is too high and worse is that, after setting up in the space they got… it may not be profitable after all.

How to be a tenant

• Acquire the food cart in advance. Since our carts are constructed in 2-3 weeks, we would like to be sure that we have completed the concepts prior to us acquiring a big space for our food court. We GUARANTEE that you will get the space and concept in time.

• Pay a concept reservation of P3,000 – this will be deducted in your advance and deposit. This is for our security that you shall be renting in our food court. If you will cancel to rent the space, the deposit fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

• Prepare 1 month advance and 2 months deposit (Payable after 2 weeks after getting your franchise)

• 1 year minimum contract

Take Note:

• 2-in-1 and 3-in-1 carts will NOT be allowed in the food court to give others the chance to earn from this venture.

• Since our carts are delivered after 2-3 weeks or sometimes 4 weeks, we have enough time to decide where to set-up our next Food Court.

• We do not assign a branch for any franchisee unless we are sure that your food cart will be delivered all at the same target date.

• ONLY ONE (1) Cart per concept is allowed in our Food Court.

• 1st Come, 1st Served on our Concept. If concept is taken already...we suggest you to take the other concept in order for you to be part of the next branch.
