Technical Service Representatives (TSR)

- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 months call center experience from a technical account
- Fresh graduates from IT-related courses
- At least 2 years of college with at least 3 months call center experience from a technical account for undergraduate
- Strong customer service orientation
- Has strong internet skills and multitasking
- Must have great knowledge/understanding of Internet functions and terms such as browsers, email, chat, forum, message board, domain, web page, internet service providers, online service providers, etc.


Customer Service Representatives (CSR)

- Bachelor's/College Degree in any field with 6 months and above call center experience and has been regularized.
- Completed at least 2 years of college with 6 months and above call center experience and has been regularized.
-Fresh Graduates out of college qualified to apply

basic salary, depends on your call center experience plus 3k allowance
minimum salary for qualified applicant is 17k plus 3k allowance
more experience, the bigger the basic pay.
