Yoga Classes in Makati, Metro Manila!  Open to ages 8 and above.  Elderly students are very welcome!

Individual or Group Yoga Classes are possible,  in your home or office, or in a resort or workshop venue.

The exercises are slow, non-strenuous, gentle and relaxing, aimed towards unifying mind, body and energy.  Regular sessions enhance blood circulation, relaxation, breathing, loosening of joints, healing of sprains/tight/frozen muscles  and general well-being.   Yoga and meditation develop calmness, confidence and concentration in daily life.

Class Offerings: 

• Individual Yoga Classes at Palm Village, Makati, Metro Manila.  P1,000 per session.  Individual Sessions will allow the teacher to customize exercises/movements for your individual needs.

• Individual Yoga Classes in your home/office.   P1,200 per session within Makati/Mandaluyong area.  Fee for sessions outside this area  will depend on location.  Individual Sessions will allow the teacher to customize exercises/movements for your individual needs.
• Group Yoga Classes in your home/office.  P3,000 for a group of 3-6 people within Makati/Mandaluyong area.  Fee for sessions outside this area will depend on location.
• A Half-day Relaxation/Meditation/Yoga Class is a very good introduction for your Team Building, Corporate Creativity, Strategic Planning, or other workshops!  Participants become more relaxed, focused, calm, creative, and open to new learnings and communications after a half-day of relaxation and meditation.  Fee depends on number of participants and location.  Please call Nonie Fernando at 896-1215, 710-6224, or 0917-6311421 to discuss your needs, or email fernando@pldtdsl.net
