CONDITIONS OF STUD SERVICE:

This document serves as a Stud Service Contract between the Stud Provider and Stud Customer. 

Both Parties agree that this stud service is being conducted for breeding purposes.  Though it is both parties goal to have at least three times mating, one time mating between stud dog and bitch is enough to constitute the agreement. 

It is specifically agreed that the owner of the stud dog is not obligated to sign the litter registration until the stud fee has been paid in full.

In the case that the bitch fails to conceive, a return service may be availed by the Stud Customer with a minimal fee of P1000.00. This is provided that the Stud Customer notifies Stud Owner within two weeks after Due Date.  In addition, the return service shall be provided to the same bitch by the same stud dog, if available.  If the original stud dog dies, is sold, or otherwise not available, the Stud Owner has the right to breed the bitch with one of the other studs, unless both parties agree mutually on another choice, or the owner of the bitch shall have the choice of other studs at a mutually agreeable time.

If no puppy results from the return service, this entire agreement is terminated and the Stud Owner is released from any further obligations hereunder.
