WEDDING PLANNING & COORDINATION
"At Your Wedding Angels we provide a high quality of service and professionalism. The three areas of importance to us are knowledge, organizational skills and diplomacy. Our knowledge is always current, from identifying what quality vendors are available locally for the wedding couple, to making sure we are up to date with wedding trends and ideas.
As a wedding coordinator, we assume the role of a planner, facilitator, mediator, artisan and organizer of all parties concerned. We can be "on top" of everything - every finite detail of the wedding. We can do just about everything - from arranging a budget and timetable to remembering to bring white bobby pins for your veil. Duties can include setting up appointments, offering etiquette advice, recording responses, coordinating the decorations, negotiating contracts, and attending to many other details.
We use many forms of documentation to keep everything organized and work with the couple to figure out which form of communication works best for them, whether it by email, by phone or in person. On the wedding day, we wear Formal Uniforms, uses walkie talkie w/ headsets for better communication and brings emergency kits.
It is our goal that the couple does not feel any stress at any time during the planning process, and above all else that they will enjoy and take in every moment on their wedding day."
WEDDING DAY ONLY PACKAGE
This package is designed for the couple that have planned and organized their own wedding, but would like to have someone oversee everything on the actual wedding day and make sure everything will run smoothly and stress-free.
* An Initial Consultation (as above) to offer the couple any advice on venues and vendors.
* Bridal consultations and assistance through phone and email upon signing of contract until the day of turnover
* Recommend accredited professional and dependable vendors that best suit the couple's needs and budget (if still needed).
One month prior to the wedding date:
- Assist couple in corroborating details and services with wedding suppliers (church, reception, caterer, florist/event stylist, gown supplier, photographer, videographer, musicians/band/strings/sound system, etc.)
- Couple to supply detailed list of the vendors hired for the wedding day and the packages booked including the final contracts.
- Assist in negotiation and reviewing service contracts of previously booked suppliers. Your wedding Angels will then be able to see if there are any times that have been missed and will advise the couple on this.
- Puts together a detailed wedding day schedule to work with.
- Provides complete wedding cheklist for the couple to use as guide list on things they need to accomplish and things they need to prepare and bring for the church reception on the day of the event
One week prior to wedding:
- Your Wedding Angels will attend final meeting with the couple prior to the wedding. I.e. photography, church, reception, florist etc.
- Confirms with the client and the suppliers on the details of the arrangement, layout, set-up(floral arrangements for couple's table, VIP tables, guest tables, cake table, registration and gift table, musicians/band setup, AVP set up, dance floor and food table set up). Visual inspection to the ceremony-reception site and coordination with client identified suppliers.
- Assist in preparing technical scripts, emcee's script, and wedding program for the reception
- Briefing with emcee and other people who will play an important role in the program
Wedding Day Service:
- Includes up to six hours on the wedding day.
- Arrive two hours prior to the ceremony, to oversee the arrival of the flowers, décor etc.
- Organize the ceremony site, and let the photographer, videographer, officiant, etc. where their places are.
- Make sure church and reception programs are followed at the exact time and exact phase of the program. Coordinates with the emcee or master of ceremonies.
- Coordinate with church & for seating arrangements of principal sponsors and entourage, missalette, and songs in coordination with the officiating celebrant and church musicians.
- Attend to the bride and her needs before the ceremony
- Guest Registration and seating arrangements of the principal sponsors, entourage and guests.
- Assistance in giving souvenirs, special gifts, and/or other items
- Answers any questions the wedding suppliers have. Will ensure that everything runs smoothly, stress-free and no worries.
- Planner to leave once last, makes sure everything is completed including contracts with suppliers.
PRICE RATES:
Php 9,000 for 100-200 guests
Php 10,500 for 201 guests and above
BOOKING:
50% Downpayment and 50% Balance one week before the event
Recommended booking lead time (to ensure accomodation):
- October to January Wedding - 6 Months before the wedding
- February to September - 3 Months before the wedding
