Offers Design and Construction of Medium to High-end Residential Houses, Medium Rise Commercial Buildings, Apartments, Townhouses, Condominiums and Other Construction Jobs. Avail of our Design & Construction Turn Key Package which will include the following:
1. Design/Planning Works:
This include the Design Conceptualizations (Floor Plans and Perspectives) base on owner's initial requirements and ideas to be presented for approval. Upon approval, to do complete Architectural Plans, Structural Plans/Designs and Details, Sanitary/Plumbing Plans/Details, Electrical Plans including all design computations/calculations, Specifications, Estimates, Blue prints, Sign and Seals by Engrs incharge, and facilitation of other documents required by Local Engineering office including the application and Processing of Bldg./Construction Permits.
The plans and designs shall be done in accordance with the Philippine Construction Standards and the National Building Code provisions as well as the Homeowner's/subdivision restrictions if any.
We can also apply and share all our possible ideas, suggestions and recommendations in order to achieve the best possible design outcome of the house/building.
2. Construction Works:
The Construction includes the implementation of the approved plans and the agreed specifications from layout, excavations until completion. This work will carry out the supply of tools, equiptments, labor and materials as agreed and specified including proper supervisions to ensure that the construction will carry out the standard methods and practices.
Proper and effective supervision in the construction stage is very important to us to ensure that the whole building is safe with sound and durable structures and to ensure the quality of materials and workmanship, and to ensure the timely completion of the house/building as per agreed construction duration.
All materials to be used can be by owner's choice and specifications or by our recommendations subject for his approval.
3. Completed House/Building:
The complete House will include all structural works, finishing works, electrical and water line/drainage facilities, T&B and Kitchen Fixtures, lighting, cable ready connections, telephone ready connections, fire alarm systems, intercom if any. In other words the house/building shall be a ready for occupancy condition.
4. Payment Scheme:
Payment is very flexible, and can be in staggered basis. A 15T Pesos initial pay will be accepted to start the planning/design and documentation works. After plans and documentations are completed and ready for the application of bldg permit, additional payment shall be requested for the payment of processing fees.
Then upon approval of bldg permit and about to start the construction, we will be asking down payment of about 20% of the total agreed cost, then about 15% billings for every month with continues and corresponding construction progress.
5. Warranty:
Our projects has 15 years warranty on all structural defects, 6 months for fixtures and other accessories, 6 months for any leakage, clogs and other defective workmanships. The house will be treated with termites or anti annay chemicals in order to protect from ANNAY insects.
