What software are you referring to?

What is the brand and model of this printer device?

some devices may only work with specific softwares because it is not intended for commercial use with other softwares. The manufacturer of the device might not allow it. Let me know the answers stated above.. and i'll let you know if this can be done.

It can be done as long as the device has been tested to work in Windows.. Also make sure that the device has no known faults..

so far, the device have no faults. but the hardware has not been "tested" to work with windows (or microsoft) but i'm using this device under windows, for quite sometime now.
