SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
For Local Pick Up @ East Fairview Subdivision along Commonwealth Avenue. Landmarks are as follows: QC Circle, Ever Gotesco, Convergy's, Sandiganbayan, Just 3 minutes away from Wilcon's Depot. Same way going to La Mesa Eco Park. 

Pampanga Buyers may pick up the item @ Gemsville Subdivision, San Fernando Pampanga on weekends only.

Those who wish to ship this item may do so at your expense.  Orders are usually shipped out within 2 business days (mostly within 24hrs) via Air21.  It usually take from 2-3 business days to receive your shipment.  Actual transit time varies.  Transit time stated above is best estimated but not guaranteed.
