The food court caters to different school such as University of East, University of Manila, San Beda College, Centro Escolar University, San Sebastian College, Holy Spirit College and La Consolacion College. At times Far Eastern University and University of Sto. Tomas students dropped by the place. The food court also caters to different dormitorys located in and around the following area along Gastambide, De Los Santos and Legarda.

The following things being sold includes the major things and fixture such as wall mounted cabinet, counter tops and sink , stainless food counter with layered glass housing, overhead stainless smoke duct with blower fan, refrigerator, gas stove with oven, gas range, microwave oven, mini oven with convection, stainless food trays in assorted size, 2 Gasul tank, plate sets, pizza trays, cooking wares and utensils and. rice cooker to name a few.

Type of food being serve is American, Italian and Filipino food fusion. Mainly pastas (red and white sauce) , sides dish such as mash potato french fries, mojo, marble potato, mixed vegetables to name a few, pizzas, baked macaroni, breads and rice meals (5 type).

Buyers has the option to continue and serve the same type of food and add some more variety as they pleased or has the option to change the entire menu.
