1. Due to the nature of the items we are selling, all sale is considered FINAL. NO EXCHANGE or RETURN. So if you have any questions in mind, just send us a message and we will be happy to answer it.

2. Payment will be through Gcash (plus cashout fee) or deposit to our BPI/Metrobank account. Any bank charges incurred for outside of Metro Manila deposits will be shouldered by the buyer. For provincial buyers, it is more advisable to pay by Gcash because the charges are less compared to the bank however BPI does not charge inter-branch deposit fees. Your choice though.

3. Shipping and handling cost will be shouldered by the buyer.

 Metro Manila : Php 100
 Outside of Metro Manila : Php 120

We will only ship through CBL Courier / Air21 serviceable areas. We cannot ship through any other courier, so please do not ask us to send your items through Xend Express. We will not use this courier and never will (again) due to a very bad experience. If in case your area is not covered by Air21, we will use a different courier but cost may vary and there might be a delay in shipping your items right away.

Item will be shipped within 24-48 hours after payment is confirmed except of course on weekends and holidays. If you pay on a Friday afternoon, item will be shipped the next working day which is Monday. A tracking number from the courier will be provided to you as soon as the item is shipped.

4. We won't be responsible for lost or damaged items once the item/s are handed over to the courier. Insurance is optional but highly recommended at the expense of the buyer.

5. Reservation of items is only for a 3-day period. We cannot reserve an item too long. Reserved item is considered SOLD ! If under some circumstances you cannot meet the deadline please let us know.

6. ABSOLUTELY NO MEET-UPS OR PICK-UP. Due to our work schedules we cannot do meet-up or allow for pick-up. So please do not insist on this.

PLEASE NO HAGGLING, NO FREE SHIPPING. Please, let's all be professional. We will gladly combine shipping for multiple orders.

WHOLESALE ORDERS ARE WELCOME. WE WILL ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS THROUGH PAYPAL FOR BULK ORDERS. Just send us an email with the item you would like to order and the quantity. We do not have a current wholesale list price so just send us the list and adjustments will be made.
