we have a few remaining townhouse units. as of last week, all end units are either sold or has been reserved. originally, we are set to sell 600+ units of townhouse but since the rowhouse which is much lower in price is very saleable, the management decided to trim down the number of townhouse units to be built.

pwede po siya mag-member, ang declaration po niya ay self-employed. pwede din po yung husband niya magpa-member, lump sum na niya babayaran ang required 24 months na contribution. This is in the amount of P 4,800.00.
sakali naman po hindi niya mabayaran ang equity within six months, hindi po siya makakapag-move-in kahit approve na ang loan niya at posible din po na may penalties ang charges siya.
