Objective/s:

This Tour Program is designed to provide the participants the following:

1. Company overview, its history, business activity, and current activities;
2. Onsite exposure and hands on training through a seminar/lecture and visit to facilities;
3. Understanding of the current trends and issues of the industry
4. Appreciate the difference between theoretical study and actual industry experience.

Day Tour (Manila)

*visit LRTA

*visit Mitsubishi Electric

*visit Zilog Electronics

*visit Micro Devices Philippines

*visit Team Pacific

*visit Meralco

*side tour to MOA

*optional tour to Star City or Ocean Manila

NOTE: other preferred companies can be visited; the list provided is optional.  Number of companies to be visited may be reduced or increased depending on the availability of time.  It is recommended that only 2 company visits should be made so as to give time for students to interact during company visit.

Day Tour (Laguna)                               

*visit Makban Geothermal Power Plant

*visit Caliraya Hydrothermal Plant

*visit TransCo

*visit Panasonic

*visit Ford

*visit Toyota

*visit Nissan

*optional tour to Enchanted Kingdom

NOTE: other preferred companies can be visited; the list provided is optional.  Number of companies to be visited may be reduced or increased depending on the availability of time.  It is recommended that only 2 company visits should be made so as to give time for students to interact during company visit.

Day Tour (Subic)                                  

*visit related companies in Subic Bay Metropolitan Development Authority (this program is handled by SBMA)

*side trip – Subic rolling tour

*optional tour – Zoobic Safari / Ocean Adventure

NOTE: The list of companies to be visited will be provided by SBMA.  Normally, maximum of 3 company visit is permitted depending on the number of participants.
