This area is for sale. Available in 1000 sq.m. and 2000 sq.m. Each lot has an area of 1000 sq.m. and has a rate of P800 per sq.m. or 800,000Php per lot. This area is located alongside the connecting road of Alabel, Sarangani Province and Municipal of Glan. It would take 20-30 mins to travel by land at average speed from General Santos City bound to this area. The beachfront area is sloping so if you'd build a resthouse in front, it would be overlooking to the water or the Sarangani Bay.
