Philam Asset Management, Inc. (PAMI) makes building your future millions as easy as 1 - 2- 3! With the Personal Investment Program (PPI) you can take advantage of diversification, liquidity and financial expertise that only organizations with extensive financial muscle can provide. PAMI is a strategic alliance between the Philippine American Life and General Insurance Company (Philamlife) and AIG Investments. PAMI is the first asset management company in the Philippines to manage a family of funds and is a major contributor to the development of the Philippine mutual fund industry.

Step 1 Set an investment amount.

The minimum initial investment for individuals is PhP10,000. For Employees of company-endorsed Personal Investment Program (PPI), the minimum initial investment is only PhP1,000 (required minimum per company is 10 employees). for succeeding investments, minimum amount of PhP1,000 monthly.

Two ways to participate in the PIP.

- Deduction from payroll - for employees of company-endorsed PIP
- Post-dated checks - for other individuals

Two factors that will determine the number of shares you purchase.

ENTRY FEE
This is the fee you pay on the amount you invest. (All applicable fees are subject to 12% VAT)

NAVPS
The Net Asset Value Per Share (NAVPS) is the price per share of a fund and is calculated on a daily basis.

Step 2 Set a term for your PIP

Commit a fixed investment amount to a monthly scheme over a specified term.(e.g. 12,18,24, etc. months)

Fund performance/year-to-date growth for the period from Jan 2009 to Oct 7, 2009:
> Philam Dollar Bond Fund, Inc. (PDBF) = 16.59%
> Philam Bond Fund, Inc. (PBFI) = 4.54%
> Philam Fund, Inc. (PFI) = 35.77%
> Philam Strategic Growth Fund, Inc. (PSGF) = 46.59%
> Philam Managed Income Fund, Inc. (PMIF) = 1.03%
> GSIS Mutual Fund, Inc. (GMFI) = 35.66%
> AIG Global Fund, Inc. (AIGGBF) =7.13%

Should you wish to cancel your PIP, simply inform your company HRD (for employees of company-endorsed PPI, your licensed Philam Group agent or counselor (for other individuals) not less than 30 days prior to the next scheduled monthly investment.

An exit fee charge of 1% is applied if PIP is terminated in less than six (6) months.

Step 3 fill out the PIP form.

Simply accomplish the PIP application form with your:

- Company Human Resources Dept - for employees of company-endorsed PIP
- Licensed Philam Group agent or counselor - for other individuals

Your statement of account will be sent to you on a quarterly basis.
