EXPLANATIONS FROM THE FRANCHISE PACKAGES:
BUSINESS SYSTEM
- Theses are the ordering system, inventory system, food system, storage system. That will be taught during training.
CUSTOMIZED STAINLESS CART WITH CABINET
- Our cart is customized, because it depends on the space of the location, if it is small or big, the size of our cart is adjustable.
STAINLESS GRIDDLE WITH IRON PLATE
- Use for frying of burger patties, and noodles. It can be gas type or electric type, depends on your location; gas type is cheaper.
WORKING TABLE
- Aside from the cart, we provide additional table or side table.
COMPLETE UTENSILS
- We also provide complete utensils for operation: for noodle house we provide: ladle, 6 sets of uniform for the crew, turner for frying, strainer, canister, weighing scale, and 11cu ft. freezer
INITIAL PRODUCT INVENTORY
- The company’s suggestion that this will serve as free tasting for our first customers during grand opening.
PACKAGING MATERIALS
- These are the chopsticks, tissue, tooth-pick, paper bowls and plastic cups. If these materials run out, it will be ordered from us.
MARKETING COLLATERALS
- Package includes Menu tarpaulin, Banners, 500 pieces of Menu flyers.
COMPREHENSIVE PERSONAL TRAINING
- It’s a one day orientation in our main office. Maximum of 4 persons including the owner with their crew, it’s good for 2-4 hrs. or depends on your questions, if you have many questions then the session will be longer.
POST OPENING ASSISTANCE
- In your first 6 days of actual operation, our trainer will go to the actual site, to guide, assist or train the franchisee, so called additional 6 days of training during actual operation.
OPENING ASSISTANCE
- In the first 3 days of actual operation, our monitoring officer will go to the actual site, to help the franchisee to set-up the cart, because our cart is collapsible, it will be assembled in the actual site.
OPERATIONS MANUAL
- All operations in our business that have been discussed during training are all in the manual.
NOTARIZED FRANCHISE CONTRACT
- Our first contract is 2 years, then you have to renew it, the next contract and succeeding contract will be renewed annually, but the franchisees don’t have to pay the renewal fee, because our franchise fee is a one time payment. We don’t have also Royalty fee or we don’t get any percentage of the gross sales monthly. Franchisees will just have to pay the processing fee which is maximum of P1,800.00 for processing of the papers.
- Franchisees must renew their contract to be in our standards and quality in terms of the cart and equipments.
NOTE:
ALL FRANCHISE PRODUCT LINES ARE ALLOWED TO HAVE ADDITIONAL DRINKS, AS LONG AS IT WILL NOT CONFLICT ITS OWN PRODUCT.
FRANCHISE PROCEDURE:
LOCATION:
- personal site assistant – 3,000, I will search a location for you in 2 weeks, I will provide 3 location for you to approve, this will discuss in our meeting
- If you have your own location, propose it to me. Indicate the exact address, sketch, contact name and number of the franchisee and the franchise product.
- All lessor requirements will be coming from us (Upon giving a down payment of 11,588 of the franchise fee), you can submit these requirements to those locations that we approved, this are: schools, bus terminals, groceries, supermarket, hospitals, government offices, malls, LRT, MRT stations and call centers.
PERSONAL PERMITS
- DTI, barangay and business permits will be processed by the franchisee.
OPENING DAY
- Ordering of product should be 3 days lead time or advance of 3 days, you can settle orders during office hours.
- Modes of payment for products: cash on delivery, dated check on delivery. If bank to bank online, franchisee must deposit first before we deliver the products
- If the order of the franchisee is below the minimum, there will be gas charge if we will deliver the products, if the franchisee don’t want any charges, it can be picked-up from our main office in Makati.
- Our outlets can be in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, and even we were working out our papers for international.
