Researcher

Responsibilities:

• Research key areas in the capital cities of other countries;
• Interact through email with realtors in other countries.  You will need to find out, in each capital city, where the prestige districts are.
• Research property prices. 
• Discuss your results and prepare a detailed report on real estate pricing in several countries.

Requirements:

• Graduates from good universities preferred.
• We would like to receive applications from people with financial, or economics, or similar interests
• Your oral and written English skills should be excellent
• Our office is in Makati City
• Attention to detail is critical. 
• Interest in research is a must

We need people who are clever and ingenious, so that we do not have to teach them how to dig for facts.

This is a true researchers’ job.  It would suit anyone who enjoys looking at data, figuring things out and also someone who is not afraid to interact with the outside world.
