ROSEHALL Management Consultants, Inc. is a 20-year old consultancy and training firm.

It specializes on TQM, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, OHSAS 18001, TS 16949, ISO 17025, ISO 22000 Food Safety and Quality, Productivity Improvement and Quality Circles, and General Management.

It has more than 500 consulting and training clients from the manufacturing, service, academe, and government sectors. About 350 clients have been certified to various management system standards.

Industries served include cement, cargo forwarding, shipmanning, packaging, chemicals, construction, steel, banking, law firm, schools, insurance, marketing, food, agri-business, automotive, semiconductors, electronics, ceramics, metal fabrication, appliance,media, real estate, health care, etc.

Its Consultants and Trainers have extensive management and technical experience in various industries prior to consulting work. There are also Consultants who come from prestigious universities in the country.

We are in need of the following:

CONSULTANTS

Qualifications:

• With at least 2 years actual experience implementing the following:
  • ISO 9001
  • ISO 14001
  • OHSAS 18001
  • ISO 2200
  • ISO 27001
  • HACCP

• With at least 5 years management experience
• Manila-based but willing to do nationwide project
• Applicant must have own transportation

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANTS/OFFICE ASSISTANTS

Qualifications:   

• Knowledge and training on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, etc. preferred but not required
• With marketing and selling skills
• With experience in selling services
• At least 1 year working experience in training and consulting firm
• Computer literate
• Good in written and oral English
• Preferably residing near Ortigas Center

Qualifications:

• Male; between 22 - 35 years old;
• At least Highschool Graduate
• With valid driver's license restrictions 1, 2, & 3;
• At least three (3) years driving, one (1) year messengerial experience;
• Must be physically fit;
• Preferrably living near Ortigas Area
