a) If you practice thru the cooperative, you\'re client is billed free of the 12% VAT and you billing is not subject to withholding tax;
b) Received patronage rebate/ refund free from withholding and income taxes;
c) Interest on shared capital is not subject to withholding tax nor VAT but has to be declared in the member\'s income tax;

How Can I be a member of the cooperative?

Sign in at our website as a new member. After then, expect an evaluation. Once accepted, an email will be sent to you instructing you to fill in via our web-based new members form and submit your scanned qualifications, membership fee of Php 500 and your required paid-up shared capital of either a regular or associate member. You will receive an e-mail to confirm your membership and the receipt of payment.

Per By-Laws of the Cooperative, a Regular member must have minimum paid-up of P2,000, while an Associate member needs a minimum of P1,000 paid-up shared capital.

What are the requirements of a Regular membership?

A Regular member must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is a bonafide and current member of PICPA. As such, you are required to scan and attach the following documents in your application for membership:
a) Coop Membership Application Form
b) Professional Regulations Commission CPA ID
c) Membership Certification from PICPA
d) Present business name registration (if in practice)
e) Deposit below amounts to our BPI Current Account No. 0201-0456-14 Pasig-Ortigas Branch and fax your deposit slip to us at (632) 637-3210 to 12
a. Membership fee of Php 500.00
b. Minimum paid in shared capital contribution of Php 2,000 or 20 shared capital and subscription of Php 8,000 or 80 shared capital
