Requirements for ThaiDara Restaurant Positions

Hi, ThaiDara is a new authentic Thai restaurant located at 56 Granada St. Valencia,  Quezon City. (5min from Greenhills) We serve Thai street food such as noodle with meatballs, grill-BBQ, rice, dessert, thai iced tea and etc. We provides equal opportunity and fun working environment. Cook (full-time and part time/ male or female)

Duties:

Cooking all dishes in the menu, and preparing all ingrsdients, sauces, vegetable, and meats. Cleaning your working area in the kitchen. The duties may include some lifting of groceries or other kitchen equipments.

Requirements & Expectations:

-       Be able to read and communicate in English.

-       Willing to learn new in gradients and ways of cooking that are not traditional Filipino food.

-       Responsible and reliable

-       Have good attitude toward your work, co-workers, and customers

-       Be able to work on weekends and some holidays.

Server (full-time and part time/ male or female)

Duties:

Serving food and beverages to our guests and provide best customer services. Cleaning and stocking your work station, dining room and bar. The duties may include some lifting of beverages, glasses, dishes and lots of walking and standing.

Requirements & Expectations:

-       Be able to work in fast-pace environment

-       Have great personalities with good communication skills in Tagalog and English.

-       Have service mind, love working with people, and have good attitude

-       Responsible and reliable

-        Be able to work on weekends and some holidays.

Food Runner (full-time and part time)

Duties:

Arranging dishes and control the food flow between the kitchen and the dining area. Your job is to order food from the cook (in appropriate order), serve rice and sauces and double check how the dish looks like. Then, you will bring the food to the server. The duties may include some lifting of plates, glasses and will include walking up-down the stairs.

 Requirements & Expectations:

-       Be able to work in fast-pace environment

-       Have great personalities with good communication skills in Tagalog and English.

-       Have service mind, love working with people, and have good attitude

-       Responsible and reliable

-        Be able to work on weekends and some holidays.

Dishwasher Full-time(live-in or stay-out) MALE ONLY

Duties:

Washing dishes, glasses, and other kitchen equipments. Cleaning include all restaurant area, kitchen (with help from the cooks), dining area (with help from servers), CR and etc. This position will include a lot lifting and walking

Requirements & Expectations:

-       Be able to understand and communicate some English

-       Good attitude toward your work and co-workers

-       Responsible and reliable

-        Be able to work on weekends and some holidays.
