| "FERN C was introduced to me by my friend when we had our CFC Hope Weekend at Baguio. I told her that I can't take vitamin C more than 200 mg because of stomach upset and ulcer. She gave me 4 capsules so I can try it. After one week she called me and she heard through the phone that I'm having difficulty in breathing because of severe allergic rhinitis.
