This is a US b2b process Bonus with the fixed payouts per seat $500
Bonus where as 5 NET sales is must per seat per month.and $100 for every sale 5*100=$500 + Bonus $500 total$1000 for only 5 sales and $100 from 6th sale onwards.

B8)center have to buy the leads from our referred vendors that is must to generate good number of sales. for every 10 seats they have to submit 1 lakh leads for one month each lead will cost u 1 rupee to 1 rupee 20 paise. for the leads we will bare half of the amount and center have to bare half of the amount.then our technical team will generate the list ids for every lead every month and uploaded in our server.

B9)client will provide the process training and on floor support by our
Indian team.

center have to collect the credit card details from the costumers send to the client on daily reports.weekly payment but cycle will start after 21 days..

Expect to do 1-2 sales per agent per hour. The average center has 25 seats x 8 sales min.=200 sales per day. I'm going to be paying $70 per sale, with incredible incentive bonus's. Any center submitting a min. of 500 sales/week will get an add'l $15 for a total of $85 per/sale. I've made this easy for you, I pick up cost of leads, I pick up processing costs, I pay high commissions. Payment schedule 5-6 day hold to build pipeline, then 2x's per week. Once center reaches a consistent vol. of 100/day, payment can be daily.
 

Center must purchase leads initially, but 100% cost will be reimbursed once center reach 500 sales per week or consistently submit 100+ per day..
