FUNCTION OF UV (Ultraviolet) STERILIZATION UNIT
In the UV Sterilization unit, ultra violet light of wavelength 253.7 nm is irradiated by mercury lamp to eliminate the bacteria in the water. This treatment system generally employs a water flow type of UV sterilization unit. The basic structure is stainless steel casing with mirror finish, a sterilizing lamp, and outer accessories. UV sterilization is superior to chemical sterilization because it does not alter the water quality and it is simpler.
The sterilizing effect of ultraviolet light can be expressed as the product of the irradiation time and the irradiation intensity under the same conditions. It is usually expressed as the irradiation intensity (µW/cm-2 ) x irradiation time (s) = ultraviolet irradiation volume (µW/s. cm-2 ).
This treatment system applies ultraviolet irradiation at 50,000-100,000 (µW/s. cm-2). With this volume of irradiation, 99.9% of the bacteria in the water can be eliminated. More irradiation is required to eliminate the same percentages of some kinds of mold.
During continuous operation, the sterilizing lamp deteriorates with time: in 7000-8000 h the output is reduced to 65-70% of normal. To maintain a stable sterilizing effect, the lamp should be replaced regularly.

Normally ang tinatwag na "BEST VALUE" of your money is never based on the price of the equipment itself, you have also to consider the quality of the equipment that that you were able to buy and the quality of service that you will get from the company. May sandalan ka ika nga.
I have nothing against sa mga techniciang gala, kse marami din naman bumibili samin pero hindi nga natin mapanglahat, ibig sabihin, may okey, meron ding hindi.para makasigurado, manigurado!
3. Be SMART din sa pag canvass, check the technical specifications and compare, kse di po konti halaga ang investment that you would put up in this buisness. Sometimes we fall under "AGENTS" na ang nangyayari, tumataas ang price. Theres nothing wrong with agents, pero yun lang napapataas ang price, but the agent assist you all through out, then it maybe worth it.
4. Mag inagt din sa mga kausap na walang bukambibig kundi paninira sa ibang company, para makabenta, "strategy"kumbaga, pero after all, kung sinong pumuputak, syang nagingitlog.Thats a practice of unprofessionalism, marami kami kilala ganyan, kahit di kasali sa usapan, pilit isinisiksik ang sarili sa issue, KSP as in Kulang Sa Pansin. Mahilig makisaw saw, dakdak ng dak dak, nag mamagaling, gusto pang palabasin, mas me alam sya kesa engineer< pede ba yun????hehehehe kawawa nga eh. napulot lang sa tabi ng isang company, hired at tinuruan maging technician tapos ngayon kala mo kung sino magaling? mag upgrade ng 6k GPD 1 hp motor????pede ba yun? design kanto tawag namin dun.
KYA BEWARE PO KAYO, safeguard your investment!
