" I'm on a weight struggle for how many years, I don’t remember how it started, but It seemed like I was gaining inches and pounds every day of the month, and kilos every month of every year.

I lost my self confidence and felt irritable because my appearance deprived myself to live freely and see the world in all angles. I experienced heart burns, back pains, heart palpitations, and just this year, during the months of March, April and up to 2^nd week of May I have an awful time with my monthly periods. Sometimes I had periods every 2 weeks that abnormally, ran for 10 days at a time. My periods were so heavy, that it sometimes made me feel dizzy to the point that I had to lie down. I was also bruising easily, noticeably on my upper thighs. I am frightened to go to the doctor to have check ups, I have reason to be scared because my mom died of Cervical Cancer Stage 4 at the age of 42, I know I have to do something and I have to do it soon…..
