MEETINGS PER MONTH:
Once a month scheduled meeting months before the wedding
TWO to FOUR scheduled meeting ONE month before the wedding
ONE scheduled meeting with our suppliers or vendors for finalization
ONE scheduled meeting with the event host(s)
UNLIMITED wedding consultation
• Event planning (theme, motif and the likes) & coordination with hired and prospective contacts that will provide other wedding services on the actual event date.

• Accompany brides-to-be and the entourage to appointments for fittings, floral consultations, and the likes.

• If applicable, head coordinator will organize the bridal shower with the help of the Maid of Honor.
• FREE ready-to-use spreadsheets for wedding checklist, budgeting, master guest lists

ONE MONTH BEFORE THE EVENT:
• Booking and/or making arrangement for honeymoon, hotel accommodation and/or Out-of-town accommodation.
• Final details will be discussed with suppliers/vendors one month before the wedding day.
• Check all details with the church and reception if all requirements are given.
• Full coordination with the guests and most especially the entourage, not excluding RSVP services (with no additional charge).
• Includes On-site wedding coordination and execution.
100+ guests: ONE head coordinator, TWO senior event assistants, TWO event assistants/usherettes.

** On-the-day coordination and supervision of wedding ceremony and reception.
