before answering you question i would first like to thank you for inquiring about the bus units. we don't use boundary system. unlike in taxi operation, bus employee's (driver and conductor) salaries are purely on commission basis. that is why they aim for higher gross revenue since the higher the gross revenue they generated for the day the higher also the salary commission they would receive. usually, bus operators gives 9% for the driver and 7% for the conductor. however once they reach a certain quota, they would receive an additional 1%. depending on the route also, in our case, 1 unit generates 10k-13k a day but you would still have to deduct fuel expenses, employees salary and other expenses. after that, all that remains is your income for the day. hope this answers your question, but once again i would like to remind you that the franchise is not included here. what was posted here concerns only the bus. in short, bus unit lang po yung binebenta namin baka po kc malito kayo
