1 Do you have a store where I can go directly to buy products?

No, we don’t have a store front, we are an e-store and operate only through online sales.

2. Do you have any pickup points or can we meet somewhere to get the products?

Yes, we do meet ups by appointment at Near Lasalle Vito Cruz, Buendia near LRT station.

       
Normal Schedule:

*** Saturday & Sunday (10am-2pm) ~ SM Manila &  Robinson‘s Place Manila

*** Monday to Friday 2pm-6pm) you can pick up the  items Near Tutuban Center Mall & 168 Shopping Mall

*** Monday to Friday (8am-6pm) ~ you can pick up the  items at Baclaran LRT Station and meet up with my sister.

3. Do you accept bulk orders?

Yes, please email your requests syvalerie@yahoo.com

 email your name and location to and total orders coz we combine shipping so I can compute total shipping costs.  For more information. An additional terms of sale will be sent to you read, understood and accepted before buying.

4. Do you ship orders for free? How many items should I buy to avail free shipping?

Shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer unless stated otherwise in the product ad

5. How will I know for sure if you are going to ship my orders after I have paid?

 I always deliver paid items. I value my reputation as a seller and Customer Satisfaction is very important for me. You may also call air 21 at 8542100 and I can give you my shippers account number so you can verify with the Company that we really ship items with them everyday. We also give out a tracking number for all items we ship that you can verify with the customer hotline number of the courier.

6. How much is the shipping fee?

Cost is computed based on buyer's location and weight of the package. I use Air21 for Manila orders and for provincial orders. We combine shipping so please take a look at my other items for sale

Metro Manila Area is normally 70 pesos for the 1st 1 kilo but shipping fee will depend if you want insurance added it also depends on weight of item.

Luzon Provincial is normally 110 pesos for the 1st 1 kilo, Visayas and Mindanao is also 110 pesos unless you're area is out of area in air 21. Please check rates below.

If you're out of area in Air21 we will ship through JRS or LBC.

7. How do I pay?

A. CASH payment for meet ups.  
B. Bank Deposit thru BDO or RCBC account:       
I'll send my account name & number to you when you are ready to purchase.   

C. G-Cash

•         Just go to any Globe Business Center, Globelines Payment and Services Center or an Authorized G-CASH Outlet that accepts cash-in transactions. For a list of g-cash partner establishments, please visit

•         Fill up a G-CASH Form.

•         Pease present a Valid I.D.

•         Frontliner will send the G-CASH to your beneficiary and give you an Acknowledgement Receipt (A.R.) of the transfer and an Official Receipt (O.R) of the processing fee.
