The laptop pawnshop is going to expand in pasay city and found
a good location in aeroville subdivision near Philippines Airlines
(PAL) Inflight Service with 3000 foot traffic daily due to the area
is the only access route of 3 subdivions, 1 wet market and for Ninoy Aquino International Airport
(NAIA) employees when to go in and out of their respective job 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

With regards to this, I have an office space to be rented and be turned to a 2 story building
for laptop pawnshop office and storage of pawned items. The location is good due to it has 1
pawnshop competitor only and the said pawnshop doesn't accept
gadget as collateral for a loan, so this is an advantage for our laptop
pawnshop to set up.

The target date for construction is  OCTOBER first week 2009, and it will take 3-4 weeks to finish and then after the pawnshop will start to operate.
