Grace Period of 9am if there is no booking

- Exclusive use for 7 hours

- One event per day

- Rate inclusive of the use of the Air-conditioned room

- Pool use not included in the rate (but can be decorated with flowers, balloons or candles)

- Rental Rate Minimum of 60pax (Children below 3ft are free of charge)

NOTE: Mobile disco and use of the sound sys would only be allowed if the elec usage can be supported by the current voltage.

Reservation and Payment

• Call or Contact Us to check availability and to make reservations
• We require 50% deposit to finalize the booking
• You can pay reservations deposit via Bank Deposit or by visiting our office
• Deposits paid will be deducted from your final bill
• Reservation fee is non-refundable

Driving Directions

-          Take Masinag Market along Marcos Hi-way.

-          Once you reach Marcos Hi-way, the easiest landmark to find is Super 8, supermarket near Masinag Market.

-          From there, turn left way going to Marikina and look for the first gasoline station Flying V on the right side.

-          Turn into the road right between the hospital and Home sweet home convenience store.

-          Follow the road and look for Sierra Vista Subdivision, Alexa’s Private Pool and Garden will be on your left, mint green gate in front of Basketball court.

-          If you are lost, just ask most people in the area know where the resort is.
