OFF PEAK (FEBRUARY, JULY , AUGUST, OCTOBER &NOVEMBER)

Maximum of 35 pax

Day time – 5,000.00 (9 hours)

Night time (overnight) – 7,000.00 (20 hours)

Guest from 36 pax or more, P50.00 per person

Children below 3ft are free of charge

Overtime charge – 300.00 per hour

Overtime can only be allowed if there is no next reservation

PEAK SEASON (JANUARY, MARCH, APRIL, MAY, JUNE, DECEMBER & HOLIDAYS)

Maximum of 35 pax

Day time – 5,500.00 (9 hours)

Night time (overnight) – 7,500.00 (20 hours)

Guest from 36 pax or more, P50.00 per person

Children below 3ft are free of charge

Overtime charge – 300.00 per hour

Overtime can only be allowed if there is no next reservation

- Exclusive use for 7 hours

- One event per day

- Rate inclusive of the use of the Air-conditioned room

- Pool use not included in the rate (but can be decorated with flowers, balloons or candles)

- Rental Rate Minimum of 60pax (Children below 3ft are free of charge)

RATES

(7 hours between 8:00 am to 6:00 pm)

In excess of 80pax:  Php   50.00 per person

(7 hours between 1:00pm to 10:00 pm)

Php 130.00 per person

In excess of 80pax:  Php   50.00 per person

Overtime charge – 500.00 per hour (maximum use till 10 pm)

NOTE: Mobile disco and use of the sound sys would only be allowed if the elec usage can be supported by the current voltage.

  We require 50% deposit to finalize the booking
  You can pay reservations deposit via Bank Deposit or by visiting our office
  Deposits paid will be deducted from your final bill

Driving Directions

          Take Masinag Market along Marcos Hi-way. Once you reach Marcos Hi-way, the easiest landmark to find is Super 8, supermarket near Masinag Market. From there, turn left way going to Marikina and look for the first gasoline station Flying V on the right side. Turn into the road right between the hospital and Home sweet home convenience store. Follow the road and look for Sierra Vista Subdivision, Alexa’s Private Pool and Garden will be on your left, mint green gate in front of Basketball court. If you are lost, just ask most people in the area know where the resort is.
