Agustina Apartment is a Ladies Dormitory, which is located near the St Luke's Hospital. All units are furnished with bed frames and mattresses. The room has a common toilet and bathroom and an ample closet space for each occupants. The rate of the bedspacer is Php 5000/person. Rates are inclusive of water and electricity. Each unit can accommodate two persons.

 Amenities offered: each room have high speed internet connection and ample electrical outlets, Emergency Lights  and for the security  of our boarders, 24 hours manned security and backed up by CCTV Camera to assure that your daughters are really secured and safe at our property.
