Ask ko lang if i dont have wheatgrass manual juicer what can i also do besides buying one? Kasi Im interested in buying the seeds, soil and kit kaso I am thinking how can i consume it without juicing it, can t be eaten raw? Thanks

The most efficient way to consume your wheat grass is to juice it. If you don't have a manual juicer, you can use a regular blender and a cheese cloth. To get your juice, do following: 1) harvest a bunch (hand full) of wheat grass, 2) pour about 1 - 2 cups of water in the blender 3) cut the grass into smaller pieces and load them to the blender, 4) blend for about 1-2 minutes at high speed. 5) pour contents into the cheese cloth and squeeze it will all your might. 5) Enjoy your wheat grass juice which is about 85% water and 15% wheatgrass extract.
