 Will LoadCentral issue or sell a Retailer SIM?

No. Any mobile number (Smart, Talk N' Text, Globe, Touch Mobile, Sun) can be registered as a LoadCentral retailer number.

How can I start selling the LoadCentral way?

You can start selling the LoadCentral way after a LoadCentral dealer registered your mobile number and you agreed to the terms he/she offered.

How can I replenish my account?

It depends on the agreed payment solution with your Dealer.

Can the same retailer number be registeresd to two or more dealers?

No.

How will I know of new products carried by LoadCentral?

Thru this website, via Webtool Crawler, IM Broadcast, e-Mail from LoadCentral and by SMS.

How will I know about the discounts carried by LoadCentral?

Your LoadCentral dealer will give you a copy of the Retailer Discount Structure.

What happens if I forgot my password?

You should ask your Dealer to request from Uniwiz Trade Sales Inc. for the resetting of your password. Uniwiz will not entertain direct request from you.

What happens if my retailer SIM and/or mobile phone are lost or stolen? What happens to my remaining wallet load?

You must immediately notify your dealer so he/she can deactivate or block your mobile number. You must then ask your dealer to register another mobile number as your new retailer SIM. Your dealer will then inform LoadCentral by a written notice (fax or email) and request that the remaining balance in your old registered number be transferred to your new one.

How can I get a transaction report?

You can generate your own sales transaction report thru the LoadCentral webtool.

SELLING VIA SMS

• Retailer types the Product Code that the buyer (end-user) chose and paid for

Product Code<space>Retailer 6-digit password<space>Mobile no. of buyer, Send to LoadCentral Number.

• Retailer and Buyer get a confirmation message from LoadCentral.

Retailer gets a text saying:

You have successfully made an e-pin sale (Product Code) to (Mobile no. of buyer). Your wallet balance is Pxxxx.xx. Trace #: xxxxxxx

• Buyer gets a text saying:

You have purchased (Product Code) (PIN). Thank you for using our service. Trace #: xxxxxxx

• Retailer accesses loadCentral URL (http://webtool.LoadCentral.com.ph) and login his Usemame (mobile number) and Password. Then the retailer click arrow of the product code.

*Always put a 63 instead of 0 as the pre-fix of your mobile number

• Choose the product you want to sell and Type on the corresponding boxes the mobile number of the customer purchasing the product and quantity being purchased and click Sell Product.

• The result of your recent file transaction will be shown on top portion of the page. The retails of the e-Pin sold will also be displayed on "Your Recent Sale Transaction" box. Buyer gets a confirmation of item purchase from LoadCentral
