SAFEHOUSE STORAGE FACILITY offers both personal and business users a self storage solution that is flexible and tailored according to your storage needs. With us, you can rent storage space where you can keep archives, goods and belongings in specialized rooms.

SAFEHOUSE STORAGE FACILITY has a total floor area of 456sqm. Each storage unit is 33 sq.m more or less. For special cases, we can taylor-fit the storage units according to the client's needs.

The following are the basic details regarding SAFEHOUSE STORAGE FACILITY:

1. There is a padlocked roll-up door that will serve as the main door to the storage facility. Only the LESSOR will have access to the pad-locked roll-up door for security purposes.
2. The LESSOR shall be informed by the LESSEE 2-3 days in advance if and when they would like to visit their storage room so the LESSOR can send someone to open the pad-locked roll-up door.
3. Each tenant will be provided with its own key to their respective storage unit
4. Electrical fixtures are already provided for the client (2-flourecent lights)
5. Additional Electrical fixtures may also be provided upon request of the client (ex. Additional lighting, fans, and the like)
6. Shelving may also be provided by the LESSOR if requested by the client.
7. All requests shall be subject for approval by the Management.

Standard Monthly Rent for 33 sq.m storage space: Php 6,500/month

*price is negotiable and still subject to change without prior notice

Any additional requests such as additional electrical fixtures, shelving, racking (for file storage), etc. shall be charged to the client on top of the monthly rental fee of the unit.
